Importing wildlife trophies can feel overwhelming. We make it simple with a five-step process designed around clarity, compliance, and communication.

Before your trip, we review requirements, confirm tags, and send documentation for your outfitter and dip & pack facility. Early coordination prevents costly mistakes.
After your hunt, we work directly with your exporter to verify packing lists, dip & pack certifications, and shipping details.
We monitor your air or sea shipment, track arrival schedules, and coordinate pre-clearance to minimize time in transit.
We manage inspections and filings with USFWS, CBP, and USDA at the designated wildlife port, ensuring all agencies sign off smoothly.
